ResuMate is a web based application meant for advertising jobs and collection of resumes of prospective candidates. It is a plugable solution so that it can be integrated with any existing application or website of a company.


Admin Module:

Admin module is the module where the superadministrator can configure what sections will be available in the ResumeBuilder and the JobBuilder. This module also allows creation of users, creation of roles assignments of roles to users, assignment of permissions etc.


The ResumeBuilder is the module using which a registered user can create or manage one or more of his resumes. The user can also preview the resume as it will appear to the employers.


The JobBuilder is the module using which the employers can create a job advertisement, which will appear on the website or can be emailed to the employees in the ResumeBank.


ApplicationCenter is the module where an employee can choose to apply for a job by sending a resume alongwith a covering statement. He can also view the status of various jobs applied for and the comments related to the same by the employee.


The ReportCenter module allows the employee, the employers and the administrators see various running reports. The user will be able to see the details of his resumes, the details of his application, the details of various jobs matching his profile, etc. The employer will be able to see the resumes which are sent to him in response to his job advertisements, statistical reports on the same, etc. Where as the admin will be able to see how many new resumes are added , updated, deleted during a period, how many advertisments are published, have expired, etc as well as how many user have been registered etc.
